By accessing or using 1nicornacademy.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. For users under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree on their behalf. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1nicorn Academy provides live AI coding education for students aged 13-17. Services include live instructor-led classes, access to AI demos, project guidance and deployment support, community features, and post-course resources. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
Students must be between 13 and 17 years of age at the time of enrollment. A parent or legal guardian must provide verified consent (via phone verification) and agree to these terms before enrollment is complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. Sharing account access is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Enrollment requires completing an application, parental phone verification, and payment. Payments are processed through Stripe. Current program prices:
Prices are subject to change. The price at the time of payment is the price you pay.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.
All participants agree to:
Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the program at our discretion. No refund is provided for removal due to conduct violations.
Student work: Students retain full ownership of projects they build during the program. 1nicorn Academy may showcase student work (project name, description, and live URL) on the Wow Wall and marketing materials with the student's and parent's explicit opt-in consent.
Course materials: All curriculum content, demo code, and instructional materials are the intellectual property of 1nicorn Academy and may not be redistributed without written permission.
Our curriculum involves working with third-party AI APIs (including Anthropic Claude and others). Students must comply with the terms of service of these AI providers. 1nicorn Academy provides API access for educational purposes only during the cohort period.
1nicorn Academy is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current cohort.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
